This policy aims to ensure that such reports are taken seriously and handled with the utmost confidentiality, in line with our values of accountability and transparency.
This policy aims to:
- Encourage the reporting of misconduct, illegal activities, fraud, or unethical behavior.
- Provide a safe and confidential mechanism for reporting concerns.
- Protect whistleblowers from retaliation or victimization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA).
This policy applies to all individuals associated with Changer.ae, including:

- Contractors
- Consultants
- Suppliers and other stakeholders
Concerns that can be reported under this policy include, but are not limited to:
- Fraud or Financial Mismanagement: Financial fraud, accounting irregularities, or financial misreporting.
- Bribery or Corruption: Offering or accepting bribes, kickbacks, or corrupt practices.
- Violation of Laws or Regulations: Breaches of laws, regulations, or industry standards.
- Misuse of Company Resources: Theft, misappropriation, or improper use of company property and assets.

We fully recognize the critical importance of safeguarding those who raise concerns. Whistleblowers are provided with absolute protection and assurance. Every report will be treated with the highest level of care, confidentiality, and respect. While whistleblowers are encouraged to share their contact details to enable effective follow-up and investigation, they are also welcome to submit concerns anonymously if they prefer.
Changer.ae has a strict non-retaliation policy. No employee or individual will face retaliation, discrimination, or harassment for making a report in good faith. If you feel that you have been retaliated against for making a report, you are encouraged to notify us immediately. We will take prompt action to address such concerns.
All concerns raised under this policy will be thoroughly and promptly investigated by the appropriate internal or external team. The investigation process will involve:
- Acknowledging receipt of the concern.
- Assessing the validity of the concern.
- Conducting a detailed investigation.
- Taking corrective action where necessary.
- Providing feedback to the whistleblower, if applicable and within confidentiality limits.
While we encourage the reporting of genuine concerns, individuals who knowingly make false or malicious claims may be subject to disciplinary action. It is important that all reports are made in good faith.
